All our products are handmade in small batches. Each product is prepared by hand, including cutting, labeling & packing. Therefore, each product may vary in, but not limited to size, shape and design.
All our products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock.
We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change without notice.

We at White Cedar Naturals, are not medical or healthcare professionals and do not claim that the use of our products may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions. The information in our listings pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in the product. These statements may not be approved by the FDA.
Purchases and Payments
We accept the following forms of payment:

All payments will be in USD.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

We love our handmade products and we hope you will too. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
Customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
Additional non-returnable items:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Free shipping is a discount. As such if items are returned that take your order value under the ‘Free when you spend’ amount the shipping discount will be claimed back. Meaning the dollar amount returned to you will be less the amount of shipping.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Lost or stolen packages
We use USPS to deliver our packages. Please allow 14 days from the date of your shipping confirmation for your package to arrive. If you believe your package has been lost, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will look into it for you. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you’ve received your package damaged you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Additionally, we will need photos of your damaged package to get a claim started with the carrier service.
We offer subscribers of our email list a 20% discount code, you can join that list HERE. Occasionally we will offer customers promotions, including discounts, coupons, bundles and free shipping over cart total specified in promotion. Promotions may be limited to one use per cart, and will state limitations were applicable. By registering for an account with us, you will be able to access your purchase history and view your shipment tracking number. You must register for an account if you would like to leave a review. This means that only verified purchasers have left reviews on our site.
Having an account is not essential, and purchases can be made without one.
Our customers who have signed up for an online account with us are able to leave reviews on our products. If you have an issue, please contact us before leaving a poor review, and allow us the chance to make you happy.
If we feel that a negative review is unfounded, untrue or just malicious we reserve the right to remove it.
